Corporate Case Studies
At United Way WA our corporate partnerships to 1988 when United Way commenced are rooted in our very beginnings and trace back in Perth. As with all successful partnerships there are two-way and often multiple benefits, and all parties gain value from the relationship.
“Excellent experience and great team building for a very well worth cause”
Bankwest has been a valued partner for over a decade, helping support the most vulnerable within our community. Through our partnership, Bankwest provides a once a month meal service to people experiencing homelessness with dignity and warmth as well as gardening services to vulnerable members of our community, in the process reducing social isolation.
Chevron Australia’s partnership with us highlights the power of combining Workplace Giving and Corporate Volunteering. Chervon employees continue to financially support vital community impact work while also contributing their time to support gardening and home maintenance for women who have experienced domestic violence and literacy resource making for early childhood learning.
Coogee Chemicals have been instrumental in community impact work such as supporting children’s literacy and education in the Kwinana region. Through this partnership we are able to support disadvantaged children with a monthly, home delivered book along with parent resources in an evidence-based program that increases literacy skills and school-readiness.
When you partner with United Way WA, you are part of an amazing community impact strategy. Using evidence, research, social innovation and a collaborative approach we deliver services to areas and individuals that need it most. With your help we can change lives.
