Empowered for Employment is a structured mentoring program that helps survivors of Family Domestic Violence to become empowered to enter or re-enter the workforce and work towards financial independence.
Become a mentor
Are you a passionate person with career and life experience who can support women who have experienced family and domestic violence? The E4E program has some specific expectations aimed at ensuring successful outcomes for both the mentor and mentee.
What do mentors do
Mentors assist in preparing women to enter or re-enter the workforce, increasing their confidence and supporting their financial stability. Mentors provide face-to-face mentoring on a regular basis, supported by a mix of touchpoints including phone and email for up to three months.
As there are vulnerable participants in this program, we owe both yourself and the participants a duty of care to ensure quality matches take place.
